MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase at LGK is easy. Just browse through the store from item, and add any items you wish to buy into a shopping cart. When you have finished your selection, click on ‘checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card or debit card payment (Switch, Maestro, MasterCard VISA) via PayPal as well as PayPal account payments. If you are outside the UK, when you place your order, your credit/debit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£).
All transactions are shown in £ (Pound Sterling)
You may prefer to provide your card details via phone or fax.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice
This term has been included to protect us in case errors are made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In case of change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure the price is acceptable.
By placing an order with us, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you are unhappy with any of these or require clarification, please contact our customer service advisors before placing an order with us.
These terms are governed by UK Law and by agreeing to them you agree to submit ot non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court. This does not affect your non-exclusive statutory rights
