Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the products you have purchased from us, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging and all labels. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash .
For all returns, except where an item is faulty, you will need to arrange and pay for the item to be returned to us. To return goods to us, pack the items in a parcel, attach a copy of the invoice and send it back to:
